SOS has two different credit applications to choose from:

ii.Open Billing: Please download and submit this open billing form. Please make sure you fill in the reference section to help us expedite your application.
Return Policy
SOS will be glad to take back all non-special ordered items for credit within 30 days of purchase. Please call Customer service for help or download and print this product return form. Please fax to: (616) 554-1313.
