We Stay Close
One of the biggest reasons to choose SOS is because we "stay close" to our customers. What does that mean? Beyond just giving you product catalogs and great prices we'll be watching how you order, when you order, and what you order. All along the way we'll be available to coach you on the "why" part. We'll be there when you need help...and sometimes when you don't even know it. Not every supplier will do this and most will just make sure you are meeting your volume agreements.
You get to decide.
All our customers decide how close to get to us. We'll be there...via phone, email, text, online and/or just walking through your door. You can even visit our office when you need to. We'll share our knowledge with you in whatever way you decide. If you know what you want and just want to get it...simply order it. If things just aren't so simple we'll be ready for the "hand-off".
One thing for sure...whatever your need is you'll work less to get it and we'll show you how to stretch your dollar farther when we're done providing it.
