- We can't necessarily find out what you want by asking you directly. We therefore need to do a lot of observation.
- Simply giving you lots and lots of choice is not necessarily the right approach.

If you know what you want and just want to get it...simply order it. If things just aren't so simple we'll be ready for the "hand-off".
