We See It Your Way
At SOS if we don't know you well enough we can't really help you well enough. It's that simple. So when you become a customer we'll do what ever it takes to see your business as you do.
There are two key things we want you to know:
- We can't necessarily find out what you want by asking you directly. We therefore need to do a lot of observation.
- Simply giving you lots and lots of choice is not necessarily the right approach.
If this seems different..you're right! While we have quite a bit of experience helping a variety of customers we know every customer could potentially have unique needs.
Our approach will always be customer driven. Think of us as the product expert "employee” in your company to direct user questions to and get answers. Soon we'll be able to give you answers before you ask the questions.
